He is the co-founder of Dubey Sharma & Associates, where he has led the firm’s evolution into a modern, tech-enabled practice serving startups, SMEs, and corporates.
His professional journey began with reputed audit firms, where he developed expertise in statutory audits, ROC compliance, GST returns, and tax planning. A significant part of his career has been shaped by his robust banking experience, including conducting Internal audits for ICICI Bank, Indusind Bank and Axis Bank and handling regulatory reviews, internal control systems, and risk mitigation across financial institutions.
His deep domain knowledge, paired with hands-on exposure to banking operations, allows him to offer unique insights into financial risk management and process audits. With a passion for innovation, he now focuses on building scalable compliance solutions using cloud systems, digital tools, and AI-assisted workflows positioning the firm as a trusted advisor in India’s fast-evolving financial landscape.
